The menu for the New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner includes the following:

Entrees |  chef-carved steamship of pork, ancho peppered flank steak, spinach artichoke fettuccine, Chicken Ratatouille, seafood pasta

Soups and Salads |  butternut squash soup, chicken dumpling soup, traditional Caesar salad, mixed greens salad, variety of dressings, cheese and sausage display, shrimp cocktail

Accompaniments |  fresh seasonal vegetables, roasted baby red potatoes, Paella style rice, fresh baked breads, olive oil dipping station

Desserts |  home-made cheesecake, apple pie, cherry pie, lemon meringue pie, pecan pie, lemon bars, cherry bars, chocolate dipping station

Tailgate Party  |  Sunday, December 30

Join us Sunday, December 30 from 11am - 3pm for a Packer Tailgate Party. Enjoy the game, as well as an all-pro line-up of food and refreshments.

Your $25 admission includes all you can eat (and drink) from our all-day buffet ... including brats, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato chips, nachos and salsa, popcorn, pretzels, veggies and dip. Your selection of refreshments includes tap beer (Bud Light, Miller Lite, and Coors Light), fountain soda, lemonade and fruit punch. Cash bar available for other drink purchases.
