Welcome to Door County

With more than 300 miles of spectacular shoreline and five majestic state parks, Door County is a four-season, outdoor recreation and pleasure lover's dream come true. If you enjoy history, discovery and fun, Door County is home to 11 lighthouses, unique communities, performing arts, entertainment, music, boutiques, galleries and mouth-watering cuisine.

Lake Michigan to the east, the bay of Green Bay to the west. Sunrises, sunsets, sweetness. Without the water, Door County is just . . . well, not Door County. The following photos give a very limited glimpse into some of the many beautiful spots. The drive along Shore Drive (in Peninsula State Park) offers gorgeous vistas of Green Bay, but the most spectacular view in all of Door County may be from the aerie-like top of Eagle Tower. That image is not here. And so many others are not here. You must come explore on your own, but here's a teaser.
