The Landmark Resort offers 16 different room styles and charges different amounts for each suite based on the season. It can be confusing. Some of our room terminology is explained under the "Room Types" page. 

To make checking rates easier for you, we've broken it down in a number of ways.

When do you plan to visit the Landmark?

October 16, 2011 - May 24, 2012 time frame.

May 25, 2012 - June 14, 2012 time frame.

June 15, 2012 - August 11, 2012 time frame.

August 12, 2012 - October 13, 2012 time frame.

October 14, 2012 - May 23, 2013 time frame.

Taxes?

It's true. You can't escape taxes ... not even in Door County. We have a 5.5% sales tax, and a 5.5% room tax. The total - 11% - will be added to the rates quoted to you or shown throughout our web site.

2011-2012 Daily Rates

**  A 10% discount is offered for stays of 7 nights or longer.
**  Various packages and discounts may not be combined.
**  Rates are subject to change without notice.
**  Rates are based on double occupancy (per bedroom).
     $12.00 for each additional person 12 years of age and older.
**  Group rates are available for 10 suites or more. Contact Group Sales.
