Either way, the year 2010 marks the Landmark Resort's 25th (1985 – 2010). You are invited to join the year-long celebration. The birthday extravaganza comes on the heels of the Landmark's ambitious $3 million renovation – in which lobbies, public restrooms, meeting rooms and more than 250 guest rooms were updated with modern amenities and stunning interior design. Throughout the year, the resort will celebrate 25 years of relaxation with a variety of themed offers and events, among them:
Landmark Forever
Guests can send in their most memorable personal experiences enjoyed at the Landmark Resort, and enter a monthly drawing for a complimentary stay at the resort. Send your photos and/or stories (experiences) to: stay@thelandmarkresort.com
Love and Marriage
Let's celebrate our 25th together. Any couple that was married in 1985 is eligible for a free one-night stay at the resort during 2010. Some restrictions apply, call ahead to verify eligibility and make a reservation. Bring a valid marriage certificate (or photocopy) which shows you were married in 1985 to receive your free night's stay.
Roll Back the Clock
Packrats take note: The Landmark Resort will match the original price for a room night – for any guest who brings in an old Landmark Resort room bill - dated 1990 or before.
Eligible for one room night per receipt. A maximum of one roll-back room night pricing per person.
Vacation Getaway Giveaway
To enter the vacation giveaway drawing, you must answer the following question in one word, "What is your favorite activity to do on vacation?" and submit your e-mail as: RANDOM DRAWING (in subject line) … and send to: stay@thelandmarkresort.com Monthly winners will be randomly selected to win a free one-night stay at the resort.
Chances of winning increase with the number of entries. May enter daily. Drawing is done on the 25th of the month. There will be twelve winners - one for each month in 2010.
Comedy Club "Special Edition"
We've added an additional Comedy Club performance to our regular schedule. The February 25th (Thursday) Comedy Club performance is a fundraiser for the Door County Maritime Museum. All profits go to the Museum. Help support the preservation of our maritime history – all while having a full evening of laughs. Additional anniversary specials will be announced at the show.
Relaxation Contest
You are invited to join in the Landmark Resort's 25th celebration by entering our Relaxation Contest. Simply answer the question, "What in life do you most wish was as relaxing as a stay at the Landmark Resort?" Winning entries will respond to the question posed in an innovative, clear, creative and compelling way. A panel of judges will select the winners. The resort will award a two-night stay each month.
