Dinner Hours
Serving dinner from 5- 9 PM on Thursday - Saturday nights. (open Wednesday nights beginning May 14th. Open Tuesday nights beginning June 17th).
Breakfast Buffet
The Carrington will be open for breakfast on most Saturday and Sundays throughout the Summer. It will be open from 8 AM - 11 AM, and serving a breakfast buffet on Memorial Day weekend and every Saturday and Sunday beginning June 22nd (thru Labor Day weekend.
Lounge
The Carrington also offers your favorite cocktail to enjoy with friends. Serving wine, beer and a wide array of mixed drinks, everyone will relax in the comfortable surroundings - complete with breathtaking views.

The Carrington is open year-round. The lounge is open Thursday through Saturday:

* closes at midnight or later
