A Menu with Variety, For Catered Groups

Catering Policies

Your menu selections should be submitted to the Landmark Resort Catering Office at least one month prior to your scheduled function.

Guarantee:
To maintain the highest level of service, we require a guaranteed minimum food count by Noon no later than three working days prior to your scheduled event. If the number of actual guests falls short of this number, billing will reflect a charge for food, based on the guaranteed number.

Billing:
All catering functions are subject to an 19% service charge and a 5.5% sales tax. The group contact will be asked to sign a banquet event order detailing the food and beverage ordered for each function.

Service:
We do not allow any non-catered food or beverage to be brought into any meeting rooms,
with the exception of a wedding cake.

Whether it's a sumptuous breakfast or an elegant full-course dinner, dining at the Landmark Resort is a gastronomic delight. Our Food & Beverage Department caters to meetings, weddings and other events.

Executive Chef Fred Menger and his staff delight in bringing you a variety of entrees. They offer classic favorites like steaks and seafood, as well as lighter fares with pasta entrees and sandwiches.

"We feel confident that there are menu items on our Banquet Menu to please most anyone's palate," says Wayne Katerski, Food & Beverage Manager.
