Entrees

Entrees are served with a choice of starch (herbed risotto, baked potato, French Fries, rice). Part of our new summer menu.

Pan-Fried Walleye
Seasoned walleye with a light, crispy breading. Our specialty!  22

Sockeye Salmon
Broiled and bourbon glazed. Topped with zesty sautéed onions and sweet bell peppers.  24

Dry-Aged Center Cut Sirloin
8oz. Grilled to perfection and served with caramelized onions and mushrooms.  24

Door County Cherry BBQ Chop
12 ounce thick and juicy pork chop glazed with Door County cherry BBQ sauce. Rounded out with fried sage.  22

Ravioli Rosa
Herb cheese ravioli and sautéed tiger shrimp tossed with a smoked bacon and caramelized onion tomato gravy.  21

Penne Pesto
Sautéed onions, mushrooms, tomato’s and roasted garlic. Tossed with penne pasta and basil pesto cream.  17

Perch Platter
Tender, flaky, fried perch filets (4) served with coleslaw, rye and French Fries.   22

Build-Your-Own Burger   
A Carrington specialty. Locally-sourced beef from Melotte Meats (Green Bay). Our meat is 100 percent certified humane, grass-fed,
hormone-free, all-natural. Basic burger includes lettuce, Roma tomato, red onion, and/or pickles. Just ask. 11

Thin-sliced turkey, Nueskies smoked ham, applewood-smoked bacon, sprouts, sliced tomato, aged Cheddar, avocado on toasted French bread.  13

Bruschetta Chicken
Tender seasoned chicken breast, topped with our Bruschetta, Parmesan and balsamic reduction. Served on toasted French bread.  13

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich
Tender cherry BBQ pulled pork, topped with Cheddar Cheese on toasted Kaiser roll.  12

Beer Battered Cod
Our chef has reeled in a secret batter recipe for you to enjoy. Generous portion of beer battered cod, pile on the fries, served with coleslaw and fresh marble rye.  16

Haddock Almondine    
Tender and flaky haddock, broiled to a golden brown topped with toasted almonds and creamy dill sauce. Served with coleslaw, rye and French fries.  18

Shrimp & Broccoli Garlic Herb Risotto
Sautéed tiger shrimp and broccoli florets tossed with a creamy garlic herb risotto. Topped with shaved Parmesan, and  served with garlic bread.   21

Great Lakes Platter
Fried walleye, perch, and bluegill straight from the Great Lakes to your plate. Served with French fries, rye bread, and coleslaw. 25

The Wedge Salad    
Iceberg wedge served with Bleu Cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced Roma tomato, red onion and dressing of your choice.  11

Apple Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, sliced Granny Smith apple, candied cashews and dried cherries tossed lightly in an apple cider vinaigrette and finished with shaved Parmesan.  14

Chicken Caesar Salad
Tender sliced chicken beast and, hearts of romaine lettuce drizzled with creamy Caesar dressing, cherry tomatoes, garlic croutons and, freshly grated Parmesan.  15

Chop Chop Salad
Chopped Romaine, Iceberg and spring greens tossed with Nueskies smoked ham, cucumber, radish, dried cherries, red onion, dried cranberries and toasted sunflower seeds. Tossed with a creamy raspberry vinaigrette. Finished with fresh grated Parmesan.  15

Sweet Door County Cherry De-lite topped with our streusel crumb crust. Finished with a cinnamon creme chantilly. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 8

Raspberry Lemon Drop
Vanilla geniose, lemon mousse and a hint of European raspberry preserves, finished with a lemon glaze, white chocolate curls and a raspberry medallion. 9

Chocolate Cake
A Carrington specialty. We start with a rich chocolate cake base, filled with milk chocolate and white chocolate mousse. Topped with a handcrafted chocolate ganache and
drizzled with white chocolate sauce. 9

Lil Red Velvet Cake
Moist layers of red velvet geniose, homemade cream cheese filling, garnished with a dark chocolate feather. 9

Lava Cake
