Menu - Carrington Pub & Grill | Door County Dining


Entrees are served with vegetable of the day, and your choice of one of the following: herbed risotto, baked potato, french fries or rice and grains.

Pan Fried Walleye   
A Carrington specialty. Two lightly seasoned and breaded walleye filets. Pan-fried to a light and crisp golden brown. 22

Sockeye Salmon
A delicious bourbon and pepper sockeye salmon. Drizzled with our own bourbon glaze and baked to perfection. Served with zesty seasoned sauteed peppers and onions.  22

Chicken Picatta
An 8-ounce Greek-marinated chicken breast dredged and pan fried. Finished with lemon butter and topped with nonpareil caper.  17

D.C. Cherry BBQ Chop 
A Carrington specialty. Gluten-sensitive menu item.  A 14-ounce succulent thick and juicy pork chop seasoned and grilled. Then glazed with Door County cherry BBQ sauce and baked.  22

Center Cut Sirloin
Gluten-sensitive menu item. An 8-ounce dry-aged center cut sirloin. Chef will prepare in one of two ways.  24

*   Topped with garlic and herb, caramelized onions, and mushrooms.

*   Grilled. Covered with a parmesan herb crust, and finished under the broiler.

Tiger Shrimp Provincial
Gluten-sensitive menu item. Sauteed Tiger Shrimp tossed with fresh parsley, roasted garlic, heirloom tomatoes, and finished with lemon butter.  21

All sandwich orders include your choice of a House Salad, Soup of the Day or French Fries.

Build-Your-Own Burger   
A Carrington specialty. Locally-sourced beef from Melotte Meats (Green Bay). Our meat is 100 percent certified humane, grass-fed,
hormone-free, all-natural. Basic burger includes lettuce, Roma tomato, red onion, and/or pickles. Just ask. 11

Ham, pulled pork, bacon, pepperoni, fried egg, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, american cheese, blue cheese, aged provolone

Farmhand Pulled Chicken
Slow-roasted lightly-seasoned chicken topped with coleslaw, bread and butter
pickles, and thin-sliced beets. Served on an oven-toasted french hoagie.  13

Boilermaker Reuben 
A Carrington specialty. Corned beef with swiss cheese, and house-made kimchee. Smothered in 1000 island sauce.  12

Country Club Sandwich
Thick-sliced turkey, Nueskes smoked ham, alfalfa sprouts, Roma tomato, and five-year aged cheddar cheese on toasted white bread.  13

Brisket Philly
Slow-roasted, Sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers and smoked gouda cheese all piled high on an oven-baked French hoagie. Au jus served on the side.  15

Beer Breaded Cod
Delicious beer battered cod. Served with french fries, coleslaw, and fresh marble rye bread. All-you-can-eat.  17.50

Whitefish Almondine     
Gluten-sensitive menu item. Tender and flaky whitefish, broiled to a golden brown - and topped with toasted almonds and creamy dill sauce. Served with coleslaw, fresh rye bread and french fries.  18

Great Lakes Platter    
Fried walleye, perch, and bluegill - our fresh fish have been taken straight from the great lakes to your plate. Served with french fries, rye bread, and coleslaw.  25

Tiger Shrimp with Garlic Herb Risotto
Gluten-sensitive menu item. Butter-poached tiger shrimp on creamy risotto. Served with chef’s choice fresh vegetable.  21

Chicken Caesar Wedge Salad
Gluten-sensitive menu item. Hearts of romaine drizzled with creamy caesar accompanied with cherry tomatoes, garlic croutons, freshly grated parmesan.  13

Chop, Chop Salad   
A Carrington specialty. Gluten-sensitive menu item. Nueskes smoked ham, iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce and flowering kale - tossed with dried cranberry, red onion,
cucumber, radish, and fresh basil. With a creamy raspberry vinaigrette.  14

Cheese Curds
White and yellow cheddar cheese curds served with a cherry compote. Our cheese curds are fresh from Renards Cheese Shop right here in Door County.   10

Jalapeno Poppers
Eight jalapenos stuffed with cheddar cheese. Breaded and deep fried to a delicious golden brown. Served with ranch dressing.  9.99

Paddle Wings  
A Carrington specialty. Extra-large crispy wings served with your choice of yummy sauces: garlic parmesan, chipotle, cherry BBQ, and hot.  9

Shrimp Di Brindi
Lightly-seasoned, always fresh, and never frozen tiger shrimp. Served on toasted flatbread with a mango fruit salsa.  12

Roasted Chicken Carnita Nachos El Grande
We start with our tri-colored crispy tortilla chips, add a generous serving of our house Roasted Chicken, and pile on lettuce, tomato, green onion, black olives, and feather shredded cheddar. Serve them up with salsa and sour cream.  10

Hot Artichoke Dip   
A Carrington specialty. Fresh spinach and artichoke hearts are blended together in a creamy parmesan sauce and served hot in a freshly-baked french bread bowl. Served with flatbread squares.  10

Coconut Shrimp
Six coconut breaded shrimp served with a tangy mango sauce.  9.99

Build-Your-Own Pizza   
A Carrington specialty. Hand-tossed style crust loaded with cheese and your choice of toppings. Fresh. Crisp. Amazing.  9

A Carrington specialty. Creamy spinach artichoke sauce spread over crust and topped with pulled chicken, mushrooms, fire-roasted peppers, and fresh mozzarella cheese.  12

Cherry BBQ Pork Pizza
Nueskes smoked ham and slow-roasted pulled pork with our signature Door County cherry BBQ sauce. Topped with mozzarella and asiago cheese.  11

Caprese Pizza
Fresh beefsteak tomato, roasted garlic and basil oil, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic reduction.  11

Moist layers of red velvet geniose, homemade cream cheese filling, garnished with a dark chocolate feather.  9

Door County Cherry Crisp
Sweet Door County Cherry De-lite topped with our streusel crumb crust. Finished with a cinnamon creme chantilly.  7

Raspberry Lemon Drop
