Following is the dinner menu for the Summer of 2021.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip (GF) $13
Baby spinach and artichoke hearts served bubbling in our creamy Parmesan cheese blend, with tortilla chips and a side of sour cream and salsa.
Chicken Skewers $12
Zesty marinated chicken skewers served over a Chinese noodle salad with radish, green onions, carrots, tossed with chili-poppyseed dressing.
Renard's Artisan Cheese Curds $10
A Door County tradition made by Renard’s Cheese, right here in Door County. Served with horseradish sour cream and sambal honey for dipping.
Maryland-Style Crab Cakes $16
Made with jumbo lump crab meat for the perfect savory-sweet freshness you’re looking for. Served with spring mix and our house remoulade. Add a couple of sides and make it a meal.
Swedish Meatballs $12
A meatball blend of pork and beef slow cooked in our house-made ivory demi-glace served with lingonberries and toast points.
Coconut Shrimp $13
Crispy fried coconut coated shrimp served with Thai sweet chili sauce and fresh lime.
Landmark Smorgasbord (made to share) $22
A hand-curated selection of Neuske’s applewood smoked ham, Klement’s summer sausage, and original honey-smoked salmon, paired with Merkt’s sharp cheddar cheese spread, Renard’s cranberry jalapeño Monterey Jack, and English huntsman cheese. This is all served with a generous portion of lahvosh, everything flatbread crackers, and deli-style rye bread. Alongside, we add radishes, gherkins, house-pickled onions, a side of whole grain mustard, and Dalmatia fig spread.
Country Farmhouse Salad $12
Fresh greens blend tossed with vine-ripe tomato, sliced red onion, sliced cucumber, sliced radish, fresh mushrooms, and sliced ripe avocado. Topped with shredded Wisconsin cheese, croutons, and your choice of dressing.
Mediterranean Caesar Salad $14
Fresh hearts of romaine tossed with garlic-herb croutons, aged parmesan, and our creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with artichoke hearts, kalamata, olives and cherry tomatoes.
Granny Apple Salad (GF) $15
Fresh baby spinach and tart granny smith apples sweetened with candied pecans all tossed with wood-smoked bacon, dried cherries, and parmesan. Drizzled with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing.
Side Salad (GF) $4
Fresh greens blend with vine-ripe tomato, sliced cucumber, fresh mushrooms, and shredded cheese.
Dressings: French, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Caesar, 1000 Island, Fat Free Italian, Vinegar and Oil
Each pasta dish is made to order and served with garlic bread.
Chicken Piccata $19
Panko and herb-crusted chicken cutlet over a bed of fettucine pasta finished with our house-made lemon caper sauce.
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo $22
Fresh broccoli and tender, all-natural chicken breast tossed in creamy alfredo sauce and fettucine pasta. Finished with aged parmesan.
Penne Giardino $18
Penne pasta tossed with sautéed artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash and spinach in a light vodka sauce, with grilled chicken breast.
Sizzling Shrimp Scampi $24
Jumbo gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic butter tossed with roasted red peppers and fresh herbs. Served over fettuccine pasta 24

Argentine Flank Steak $15
Tender grilled marinated flank steak, cooked to perfection and topped with lettuce, vine-ripe tomato, sliced onion, and chimichurri on a ciabatta roll.
Baja Chicken Torta $14
Grilled all-natural chili-lime brined chicken breast with fresh avocado, adobo slaw, and queso fresca on a ciabatta roll.
Fried Cod Po'boy $15
Flash-fried cod with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, dill pickles, and house-made remoulade on a crusty French roll.
Landmark Club Sandwich $14
Thick-cut wood-smoked bacon, deli-style turkey breast, crisp lettuce, sliced tomato, and Swiss cheese, on sourdough toast with rosemary aioli.
Verdura Focaccia $13
Marinated and roasted summer squash with zucchini, portabella mushroom, and sweet red pepper finished with sautéed baby spinach and melted provolone on focaccia.
All burgers are a full third-pound all beef patties and served with your choice of skin-on French fries or coleslaw. Substitute sweet potato fries +3
Pub Cheeseburger $12
The perfect burger topped with melted American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion on a brioche bun. Add wood-smoked bacon for $3.

Hillside Road Burger $14
Topped with sautéed mushrooms, flash-fried haystack onions, Colby-Jack cheese, crisp lettuce, and sliced tomato on a brioche bun.

Line-Caught Walleye $25
Lightly dusted and flash-fried to crisp perfection and served with Chef’s choice potato, house coleslaw and tartar sauce.
Steak Frites $38
A classic cut, 14-ounce char-grilled to order ribeye with maître d’hôtel butter, crispy skin-on French fries, and a green salad make this a grilled house favorite.
Seoul-Bowl (GF) (V) $17
Red and white quinoa with brown rice and fresh garbanzo beans topped with fresh cucumber, radish, green onions, roasted tomatoes, and a ginger Tamari vinaigrette. Add shrimp for $8, add grilled or crispy chicken for $5, or add a six-ounce tenderloin steak for $8 additional.
Baked Haddock (GF) $21
Lightly herb-seasoned and baked in a white wine and butter sauce. Served with Chef’s choice potato and house coleslaw.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin $29
A 6-ounce beef tenderloin steak, grilled to your liking and topped with a rich Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace. Served with seasonal vegetables, and Chef’s choice potato.
Award-Winning Carrington Ribs (GF) $30
We dry rub and slow-braise our ribs until they are perfectly tender and serve them with your choice of BBQ or cherry BBQ sauce, a side of Chef’s choice potato, or skin-on French fries, and coleslaw. Full rack is $30, and Half Rack is $19.

A tender six-ounce filet mignon with Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace cooked to order and paired with a five-ounce lobster tail with drawn butter and a Maryland crab cake with our house remoulade. Served with a side Chef’s choice potato.
Fish 'N Chips $17
Flash-fried cod with a fist-full of skin-on French fries and a side of tartar and lemon.
For kids of all ages (yes, that means adults can order any of these items).
Penne Marinara $12
Your choice of tender grilled chicken or meatballs together with a rustic marinara sauce and finished with aged Parmesan.
8” flour tortillas stuffed with cheddar Jack cheese, and grilled crispy. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa. Add peppers and onions for $2. Add grilled chicken breast for $3. Add it all for $5.
Chicken Tender Basket $12
Crispy flash-fried chicken tenders served with skin-on French fries and your choice of ranch, BBQ or honey mustard for dipping.
Petite Classic Cheeseburger $11
A slightly smaller burger topped with melted American cheese, dill pickles, and sliced onion. Served with a side of skin-on French fries.
German Chocolate Cake (GF) $9
Smooth and rich flourless chocolate cake topped with house-made traditional coconut and walnut icing, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate. Add ice cream for $1.
Cherry Crisp $9
Door County Cherry De’lite pie filling topped with homemade streusel topping and baked to golden brown. Put your order in early, these go very quickly. Add ice cream for $1.
S’mores Brownie Sundae $10
Graham cracker crust topped with a decadent chocolate brownie and rich, gooey marshmallow topping with ice cream.
