Blended Drinks

*  Margarita

*  Pina Colada

Mules

*  Grapefruit Mule
2 oz Skyy Grapefruit Vodka, Ginger Beer, Lime Squeeze. Garnished with lime.
    Additional Flavors: Citrus, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blood Orange

*  Mexican Mule
2 oz El Jimador Silver Tequila, ½ oz Cointreau, ½ oz Lime Juice, 4 oz Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime and jalapeño slices.

*  Bourbon Mule
1.5 oz Four Rose’s Bourbon, Ginger Beer, Lime Garnish.

*  Irish Mule
1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey, Ginger Beer, Lime Garnish

*  Honey Mule
1.5 oz Jack Daniel’s Honey or (Barenjager Honey Liqueur) , Ginger Beer, Lime Garnish.


Martini’s

*  Haven Sent Daiquiri
2 oz RumHaven Coconut Rum, 1½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime. Discover yummy rummy coctails.

*  Citrus Cosmo
3 oz Skyy Citrus Vodka, 1.5 oz Cointreau, 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice, ¾ oz Lime Juice. Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini glass.

*  Big Easy Martini
1 ½ oz Southern Comfort, ½ oz Raspberry Flavored Liqueur, 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix, 1 oz Lemon-Lime Soda. Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a lime.

*  French Martini
1 ½ oz Stoli Vodka, ½ oz Chambord, 2 oz Pineapple Juice. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.


Door County Specialty Drinks

*  Landmark Signature Bloody Mary

+  Door County New Fashioned - Our Door County twist on the Old Fashioned cocktail

*  Purple Kamikaze
¾ oz Chambord, ¾ oz Titos Vodka, ¾ oz Cranberry Juice, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice. Shake ingredients and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

*  Habanero Lime Margarita
1 ½ oz el Jimador Reposado, ½ oz Lime Juice, 3 oz Sour Mix, 3 dashes Tabasco. In a shaker filled with ice, add ingredients and shake to mix. Pour into margarita glass rimmed with salt. Garnish with a lime wedge.

*  My Blue Haven
2 oz Rumhaven Coconut Rum, 0.25 oz Banana Liqueur, 0.75 oz Blue Curacao, 3 oz Lemon Lime Soda. Add ingredients into an ice filled Collins glass, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish with lime.

*  Raspberry Jack Lemonade
    1 ¼ oz Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, ½ oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 3 oz Sprite. Add all ingredients except Sprite to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Transfer to a glass with ice. Add Sprite and mix well with a straw. Garnish with lemon wedge.

*  Blue Rita
1 ¼ oz el Jimador Blanco, ¾ oz Blue Curaçao, ½ oz Rumhaven Coconut Rum, 4 oz Sweet & Sour Mix, 1 squeeze Lime Juice. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

*  Beach Please
2 oz RumHaven Coconut Rum, 2 oz Orange Juice, 1 oz Pineapple Juice. Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into ice-filled short glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.

*  Berry Lemonade
2 oz Skyy Blueberry or Raspberry, Lemonade to Fill
