The health and well-being of our guests and staff members is our highest priority. We’re ready to welcome you back. We’ve taken a number of steps to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members.
Our staff has implemented enhanced sanitization protocols across the resort, developed with guidance provided by local health authorities, the CDC, and other governmental agencies. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the resort, with additional focus on high-touch surfaces such as the front desk, elevators, door handles, and public restrooms, has been increased to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff members.
This elevated approach extends to the cleaning and sanitation processes within our guest rooms, restaurants, and team member service areas. Please note that due to the current situation once a guest checks in hotel staff will not be entering the guest room, therefore housekeeping services will not occur during your stay.
Proper and frequent handwashing remains one of the most important precautionary steps in preventing the spread of germs. Our staff members are required to properly wash their hands regularly. We have made hand sanitizer readily available throughout the resort to assist with hand sanitation when a sink is not readily available.
Each of our staff members are required to wear masks, and we ask our guests to wear masks when in public spaces.
All on-property resort staff are undergoing COVID-19 training and will be screened daily with a temperature check and short questionnaire.
Guests are advised to practice physical distancing and maintain a space of six feet apart from others not in their immediate group, our team members will be doing the same with reception and service areas reconfigured to assure a safe space between team members.
The tables in the Carrington Pub & Grill have been reconfigured to assure a safe space between guests and staff members. Seating capacity is limited to 50% to allow for proper physical distancing.
We have enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols for our guest rooms to include the use of cleaning products and standards which meet recommended guidelines and are approved for use against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Particular attention is given to high-touch items and surfaces within the room.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic – please know that once a guest checks in, resort staff will not be entering the guest room, therefore regular stayover service will not occur during your stay. If you need additional towels, fresh linens or more in-room amenities during your stay, you can contact our Front Desk staff for assistance (ext 5056).
