Event Detailing
Our Catering Manager will contact you 60 days prior to your wedding to detail your food and beverage and banquet room set-up.
Guest Count
A minimum guaranteed food count must be given to the Catering Office fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Billing will be no less than that “guaranteed” guest count.
Billing
All catered functions are subject to a 19% service charge and 5.5% sales tax. The group contact will be asked to sign a banquet event order detailing the food and beverage ordered for each function. Advance payment for food is required 24-48 hours prior to your reception. Any items sold on consumption i.e. bar charges, will be billed after the event.
Cake
A wedding cake from an outside vendor is allowed, otherwise all food and beverage for your event must be purchased through the Landmark Resort.
