Wedding Planning Details  | The Landmark Resort

Event Detailing
We provide a wedding planning sheet, outlining your menu selection. This form should be completed and submitted to the Landmark Resort Catering Office at least 30 days prior to your event.

Guest Count
One week prior to your scheduled event, a minimum guaranteed food count must be given to the Catering Office. Billing will be no less than that "guaranteed" guest count.

All catered functions are subject to a 19% service charge and 5.5% sales tax. The group contact will be asked to sign a banquet event contract/order detailing the food and beverage ordered for each function. Advance payment for food is required. Optional dessert and open bar will be billed after the function.

A wedding cake from an outside vendor is allowed, otherwise all food and beverage for your event must be purchased through the Landmark Resort.
