Reservation Cancellation Policy | The Landmark Resort
Every reservation requires a deposit. For a one-night stay the deposit is equal to the total amount. For a stay of two nights or more, the deposit is 50% of your total. Your deposit is applied to the total amount of your stay.
A confirmation is sent to you within three days of making your reservation. If you provide us with your e-mail address, that is our preferred method of communicating your confirmation.
The amount of your refund is determined by when you contact the Landmark Resort of your decision to cancel.
For cancellations occurring 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, a full refund is granted minus a cancellation/service fee of $25.
Cancellations made within 13 days (13 days or less) of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.
Revised Refund Policy (with COVID-19 virus, and until further notice)
The safety and health of our guests remain a top priority for our resort. Due to the COVID-19 virus, and to ensure our customers experience flexibility during these difficult times, The Landmark Resort has implemented the following cancellation policy.
Guests who have reservations scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020, may cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, or may change their arrival to another date within calendar year 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For guests with reservations scheduled for arrival after April 30, 2020, cancellations occurring 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a cancellation/service fee of $25. Cancellations made within 13 days (13 days or less) of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.
